great news!!

i expect to be ready for pre-orders in another 2-3 weeks. pricing is still up in the air because im still fine-tuning my own prototype, getting legal protection for the kit, and developing an illustrated instruction manual for you DIY guys. most likely it'll be somewhere in the ballpark of $400-500 shipped. i hope to market this product to the evo/lancer community so we can all benefit from 2-DIN's.

anyway, here's a little something to make you all salivate a little longer..

His piece is off a Evo7 i think? If you want the best match, then you'd need the jdm center panel [I think he's supplying this piece?]

That's hot. What color is the climate control at night? Red?

And I think that's a piece off a regular Lancer. I think he mentioned he'd be able to get us better looking pieces?

hey guys, the parts i used are totally JDM.

i'm working on getting different kinds of molds made for the production kits to match the oem texture and color perfectly though. i'm also toying with the idea of adding spaces for boost controllers or other electronic devices and/or gauges for that totally oem look.

i will also be including options like an overlay kit and interior trim kit in your choice of genuine aluminum (matching the MOMO wheel) and various colors of carbon fiber (also genuine, of course).

the HVAC unit will be pre-fitted with red illuminated lights to match the oem dash. other colors will be optional at no extra cost.

lets start a sign up list now so i know how many units to stock up for the first batch.
