Honestly I could care less about the peak numbers but I expect to see mid 300's

I put down just shy of 300 now with pump.. I'd say around 320 with 100 octane and 24-25psi which I run quite often.

I'm also doing the ported o2/mani and probably a radiator... added an upper IC pipe and intake pipe... 680cc injectors. I think that's it besides the tune

ahhhh the wait

Do you have an aftermarket intercooler?? I think that would help you out as well, not so much on the dyno but on the street/track. I really like my PWR intercooler, and I think I have noticed some serious gains with it and the upper and lower IC piping...

Also you ran yours on their new mustang dyno...#'s read low...cause my evo was 305whp w/no tune....so mid 300's should net you a 11 sec. evo easily!

Yeh I remmember your post when you got your dyno #'s in from BR and how that Mustang dyno was reading low... I dynoed mine in Columbus @ Slowmotion Motorsports on a Dyno Pack. They do excellent work there and I will be going there for my final tune after my car is built this winter. My g/f is looking at apartments in Charleston, so if she gets one down there, that means I will be there about every weekend. So whenever that happens I can give you a shout and see bout meeting up.

Wow looks great I must say! I've been trying to keep up on the threads about this turbo, so forgive me if this is a question that has already been answered. I remember the 20g-8 had the so called "tappering off and spuddering problem" while boosting to redline. Do we know yet if this turbo has the same problem?

Thanks

Time will tell... The surging problem is gone with the 20g-9 but I'm unsure on the taper. I did get the upgraded actuator so that should help some. I'd say a few people will have these installed after the holidays.

Great, wish you best of luck on your install and dyno numbers. Looking forward to reading what your opinion is after having it in your car.

Is it me or does that 9 compressor housing look no different than the 8 compressor housing. I know in actuality its suppose to be different but the outlet looks the same and it doesnt look bigger either???

I saw a picture that compared them, and the 9 turbo is actually quite a bit larger. I was suprised.
