No ti/al wheel. I'll be installing as soon as the install kits get in.. also be adding a ported/coated mani & o2. Probably some other goodies.
Should be on the dyno @ BR late January (depending how long the install kits take)

Are these turbo's realy that much better than a 10.5 upgrade, because they are really expensive? I can't find any literature that says exactly what upgrades are done to the IX turbo to make the 20g-9. I would like to know what exactly the $1750 will get me.

There are several threads on this turbo.. check them out 
I'm running the 03 9.8 hotside so this should be a pretty nice improvement.
I'll have detailed installation instructions and some nice dyno comparisons up after it's all done.
