If you know how to play with computers and build them custom, its not too expensive, software is freeware, motherboard is a mini itx made by via, around 150 at fries, has onboard processor, all you have to do is make a case, I am in the process right now, I am using a gutted cd changer for a case, the touch screen is around 300 bucks, power supply 50 bucks, and depends on all the other options you want. go to mp3car.com it will show you lots of setups..
