The only thing I could think they might do is charge a restocking fee, but you could ask when you go there. If your worried about being seen at a Honda dealership, you probably know someone that owns a Honda that would go there for you.

Honda Element/Fit antenna. Better than the S2000 one because the end does not look like the head of a ****.

have the sk2 antenna and i got to say that reception is horrible! I like to listen to am sportstalk and the thing that gets to me is that when I'm driving toward my house (indiana) and farther away from my IL based job my reception gets worse and worse...however, stock was a little better. But when i'm riding in the my wife's car (matrix) reception for the am stations are great regardless where you are...

Agreed. Why not get an OEM Mitsu component? I've only seen one Evo w/ an S2000 antenna and the base of the antenna looked fatter than where it sits--didn't look quite "flush". No issues w/ the JDM piece. Reception is fine.

OK
The Honda Element and S2000 are NOT the same.

Heres a pic of the element:

Its completely smooth top to bottom.

S2000 has a "top cap" and a groove towards the bottom.
