2nded....except the rotary part. There is a big difference between a rotary and a random orbital buffer like the PC 7424. A rotary is best left to experienced hands, or after you've practiced on a junk body panel. Random orbits are much, much more forgiving. If you're in the market, Coastal Tool has good prices on PCs, and they sell packages w/ hook and loop backing plates and new counterweights so you won't hafta buy them separately.
