Brian that Kid looks so cool, I wish I had a Mini or a Camaro...all I had was a Jeep lol congrats!!!

Sorry for the OT but:

Dave you say this-

"The HTA Green is impressive, Curt Brown is running it on his EVO9 build now. He's run 10.8 at 137.7 mph with that turbo on E85.

We didn't tune the car on pump gas but on E85 it made about 480 here on our dyno if I remember right. Dynojet numbers could be as high as 542 whp based on that."

Curt Brown says this on his site and even made a thread about it a couple weeks ago

"10.85@137.7 93 octane and street tires"

I'm confused, is it on pump or E85???

Again sorry for the OT Brian.

Thanks. He really is awesome especially at such a young age. He is super smart. As for the comments. I know the HTA green wont make 500 plus whp unless its on E85 or similar. I cant comment on the runs because I dont know the weight of his car. My guess is street trim, street tires, and E85 at a quick glance. I dont like to speculate on other peoples set ups. I know I went 10.2@133 in a drag car on slicks w/ 468 whp. So for him to go 137 I would say yes, E85 and approx 550 whp.

Thank you. Im back, but having more fun this time.

A little bummed out and excited at the same time. I sold the orbital double din and nav unit tonight. It was a hard sell for me. But I put an offer in for a home in Ga. I need to get my son a good education so that has priority. The home is so beautiful its ridiculous. Problem is the market is tough to sell so I still have my home here in Fla. I'm going to need every penny for a down payment so I pulled the plug on the nav. I have decided Im just going to be playing with the car anyways and doing track days so no need for navi. Fingers crossed on the home.

10.85@137.7 was on 5 gallons of 93 octane and one gallon of E85, this was before the double pumper so I could not run on E85 since I was way out of fuel. I did attempt to run the car on E85 after the DP and retune but the car would not go down the track, we had no traction till 4th, big differance in power w/E85.

aka.ralliart15- There you have it straight from CB. And as he mentioned E85 is night and day and he did use a mixture of it. The ethanol show's amazing results even with only 1 gallon....

If you don't mind me asking, what part of GA are you moving to? Would love to have a Evo meet (when my car is finished of course )

I put an offer in on a house in Atlanta. Its actually Cumming, Ga and is 30 minutes North of Atlanta. The house is amazing for the money. Everything across the board is cheaper too. HOA fee's, property tax, and insurance. Not to mention it is twice the size of my current home and double the property. I have two homes I am looking at. One house has an offer in that expires tonight at midnight. The people just did a $700K renovation Selling price is $300K. The dayum closet is as big as my entire living room. I really dont have much hope that this one will work out since I found it too late Lets pray it works out. I love our Florida home but the expenses are just ridiculous for what you get.

I am definitely up for a meet. It will be fun to meet new people. I'm kind of bummed out but know I am doing the right thing for my son. So its worth it...

Sorry if it has already been answered but how much more hp and torque will the toxic exhaust manifold make over A ported one? and how much spool will you lose? BTW awesome thread read the whole thing kinda in a stupor at how cool your car is! Your old car Lana was Bad *** also! Really glad your new thread is gonna have some lower cost parts. Great job keep up the good work!

It is the Buschur JDM V band exhaust with the bullet in the mid section.

rong.-Generally a mnifold of this nature produces about 20/20 gains. It will lose a small bit of spool but what people dont realize is even on a road course your not down at 2500 rpms. I will never see the loss in spool especially with an HTA green on E85 The manifold is a work of art. It looks great and sounds great. The car is untuned but feels great. Cams will be here in a few days and then tuning will commence. Thanks for the compliments. As I have said, I want the build to be realistic. Basic bolts ons and see what we get.

bambooi-Thats good to know I was actually curious because I never hear anyone mention 1/4 in Ga.
