Right Thanks BTW. Im actually headed out to the garage right now to pull it out for you. Been a long rough day. I have two homes I am really trying hard to get. The first one is ridiculous. Here is a pic of the closet LOL... Problem is its under contract. But the buyer doesnt have any money and is only putting down 5%. If the appraisal comes in low and the underwriter only gives say 80% they will be SOL Then I'll come in and sweep it right out from under them. Thats why I am trying to get every penny. Appraisal will be done tomorrow but final word wont be until the 15th. Gonna be a rough few days. The house has a 4 car garage too Just for fun check out this ludicrous closet. All my black FP, AWD, and Buschur shirts are gonna look amazing in there next to my helmets LOL... But I am really afraid we found this one too late. I have a back up house which is also very nice. But not over the top like this one

And that is why I need it LOL.. Just playin. The house is priced very reasonable for whats done. They just did a supposed $700K renovation. House is priced at $299K to move it. The owner only stays there 3 weeks out of a year. Must be nice. We no ballin like that but 290 is doable.

And no I havent done the bolt kit yet. Waiting til everything is done so I dont tear them up by installing and removing a few times. Very soon. Only ones I did was the valve cover.

Sounds like its time to sell my rental house in Myrtle Beach and buy a place in Georgia and be Brian's neighbor...the pics of that place are ridiculous and the price is even more ridiculous!!

 

that is a really nice house and the price is really good as well...id rather drop the 300k on 100 acres though and have no neighbors haha

 

Best of all, property tax on that home was $2500 last year and I paid $3700 Home insurance was $500 and I paid $1800. Home owners association was $300 and I paid $1500 More pics loading. There is still hope.

 

As requested. I want it sooo bad it hurts LOL... We arent out of the race yet. And if they get it I'll wait a month, knock on the door and offer them 20K over what they paid and tell them to get out LOL...

 

This is my runner up. I actually really like this house and its more practical. Same price but lots more yard. Nothing crazy inside but definitely nice and renovated. What is everyones thought. The first house is really quite boring from the outside. Looks like a dump actually but the inside easily makes up for it. You would never know the inside is that nice from the outside. I do like curb appeal.
