Most-Wanted's IX Build Part "DEUX"
I love the exterior of the second house, but the first house was done up very well on the interior. The second house looks like almost every house I've seen while in Florida while that first house looks very unique in comparison to the houses I've seen.
I say you get the second house & mod it

Yeah, I love these two houses. Im losing sleep over this stuff. The first one has had a buyer but they have been tied up in a contract going back and forth. One day it looks like they are backing out and the next day they are all in. The realtor is saying they have no money so if the appraisal or underwriter change the numbers slightly they cant afford the home. Im on this like stink on ..... Well you know. Im on it
Both have pro's and con's. The first one is way over built for the neighborhood. Most homes are in the high 180's and about two that went for 210. So the appraisal could kill the deal for those poor folks
And if the underwriter isnt comfortable with the appraisal they may say we want 10-15-20% down and they dont have it. So it is possible. My stuff goes to the bank tomorrow and we will be ready as soon as they hiccup... And if not there is the back up and a ton of other beautiful homes in Ga. Its hard to believe Im going to double the size of my hom and property and pay less. I cant wait...

whoever built this house is pretty damn good. that is very impressive.
The first house is rediculously baller on the inside, that bathroom and closet are ridiculous! 2nd house is awesome too with that land, but i cant get over the inside of the first one!
. Ive got my fingers crossed for you brian, your doing big things!

houses look great man. prepare for the forge mbc to cut you off if you attempt to exceed 35 psi like i tried to but im sure your not really worried about that as I see right now your mind is on getting in these homes for sure
damn i was about to replace mine with this one bc it looks sooooo clean and much easier to adjust than my old school hallman
The cost of living compared to the caliber of house you buy here is one of the main reasons I'll never leave GA. You can make 70k in GA and damn near be able to do whatever you want. I love other states like FLA and Cali, but it's just to expensive to live there for what you are getting.
