Brian I like the one with the nice interior more because you live on the inside not the outside. It will be fun to see your guest faces when you invite them in to an unexpected baller interior.

Yup, cant wait to show my wife's friends our shower LOL....

In all seriousness, I agree. I spend the time inside. I got alot of info today from the realtor. It still looks good and we have a chance. Im assured there is no extra money and depending on appraisal and the bank she may not have the $ to make it happen. The more I look at it the more I am amazed. A full 700K in receipts for upgrades. It has a 9 steam head shower and has heated tiles. What a resort. Cant get to excited, it really is a slim chance we'll get it. But I'll fight to the end. Im putting in an offer tomorrow for the full asking price of $299,900. I dont want to mess around and miss out over a few $K. Fingers are crossed.

And the second home I found out is vacant because the owner got relocated. They said to my realtor make it happen and that they are wanting a contract before the first of the year. So the ball is in our court. And another plus is I just found out the basement is completely finished and is 1869 square feet. So that means there is technically 4400 square feet. So either way we are in good shape. I'll know more tomorrow. My paperwork is out for prequalifying etc. Appraisals should be in and we'll go from there. Its such a hard decision. I love both for different reasons. Not too mention I love my home Im in now. But I know my son's life will be better up there so its a must. Thats all that matters any more.

300K for that house is ridiculously cheap, it is a gift for serious. There must be something wrong with it , the 300K houses here in South Carolina doesn't look anything like that one.

Looks like we have a sping meet in the making I installed the Toxicfab cam sensor shield today. It looks soooo good. Just gotta take some pics of her all cleaned up.

And if anyone has a lower cubby/ radio relocation panel let me know. I am installing my stock MR guages and radio and need the lower cubby for the radio/guages. I gave mine away like an idiot...

Yeah, it is definitely over built for the neighborhood and the price is just crazy. That home here is definitely 700 plus. Thats whats so great about the move. I'll be paying the same as here but have twice the space and twice the house. I just hope it works out.

Collin-Im sure lancershop.com sells them and Im sure the dealer does too. I'll look around.

Yes I will be running the black ones from AWDMOTORSPORTS. I believe they are Torque Solutions. Im just trying to do the big important stuff. Cams arrive tomorrow and I will make an appointment for install. I rewired the new radio back in and just need stock radio relocation panel. Im going to order it today. Unless the navigation is helping me around a track I dont need it
