Thanks for the comments everyone...

Yeah the bottom of the skirts wern't a reflection of the outer surface... uneven but not shoddy. Actually my only issue was that one skirt has an imperfection. Spoke to Derek about it and he said keep an eye on it and see...

I used the 3m tape to hold up the skirt and used the OEM screw points, but they are a bit worn now (9 yrs old) so some of the points wern't bolting up as securely as I wished... used some larger bore flat faced screws and that was fine. Also to add some security to them staying up, I tapped 4 more screws on each side:

2 on each end (1" from each corner) an 2 in the middle. This will have extra security to hold the skirt in case of any issues with the OEM points... you really don't want that to sag especially in front!

The rears, just get some 3m automotive adhesive and line the spats... then position where you feel it would look best: I set it as far under as I could go then stuck it there... drilled the holes and used the bolts and nuts supplied.

that was it.

I used both the bolts and the 3M tape. I just started each of the bolts. I then peeled away the tape. Then finished bolting it down. Simple

^ I gotta tell people (and myself) step wide every time

I'm thinking of getting a friend to put those "NO STEP" aviation styled signs on them LOL

Now I guess next mission is to somehow get 18x9 advans... but don't have the money to buy them states side, much less to have them shipped to Trinidad and Tobago (almost twice price)
