The plugs that are in the car are the NGK Racing plugs 9. There 2 step colder plug then stock. I was running the stock ignition for about a couple of weeks and i was running the same plugs.

If i couldnt drive this car on the street then i would not enjoy it nearly as much. The car is so fun on the street. It is a little loud, but the sound of the 4G63 makes it all worth it I plan on going 8s the way it drive on the street, except for the CCWs of course

 

If you go to the track this weekend I should be in. I should have my car running by Thursday at the latest so a trip to the track will help get my break in miles over with. Sat and Sun look like rain as of now but hopefully it changes.

 

Nice dude! Glad to hear ur close to firing up that beast I really want to go to the track this weekend. Before i do i want to get the new cams in, alignment, and re tune before i go. I think its going to be hard to get on the dyno this Friday. If i cant make it this weekend, next weekend for sure We should go for a cruise/meet this weekend to put some miles on the cars Let me know if you would be down

No i do not. I thought about trying it, but honestly i cut pretty good 60 fts without using it. So i figured i would stick with whats been working 3rd full pass of the season I cut a 1.40 60ft. I was happy as hell!

Thats at the beginning of the thread, the one at night which is only 20 seconds long. When i took my car out for the meet/cruise a few weeks ago. He video taped it on his phone and tried uploading it and it didnt work. Ill try to see if we can get them up ASAP

Hey Everyone,

Well we couldnt get the car on th dyno this weekend for re-tune and for the new Cams. They were booked tonight and tomorrow. So its looking like im going to cruise the car around this weekend since the weather is going to be pretty good. My new sequential spark tech comes in today and im excited! Cant wait to see the new power the car will make from the cams and new ignition. Ill post a pic of it later when it comes in

Next Friday i have my alignment appointment, then saturday afternoon at 2:30 is the Dyno appointment. I am planning on going to the track that Sunday. If not because of time, ill will wait for the week and the next weekend. The shootout is coming up so fast, i wanna get a few more track days in before that Stay tuned for the results next weekend. This weekend im going to have the car out, so ill snap some pics of it and maybe post some videos up!

That thing is sick, how streetable is it?

 

^ Thanks Man! Its very streetable, besides it being kinda loud cuz of the exhaust turn down, it drives perfectly fine. I took it out last weekend saturday and sunday and a few weeks ago drove it to a car meet/cruise then drove it to Olive Garden for dinner then drove it around and home. This was also in 60 degree weather and on and off mist rain.

I wouldnt say its a full DD, but it is 100 percent street car. The goal is to make a 8 sec pass the way the car sits Went 9.1 a few weeks ago, going back next weekend to try!
