I always wanted to try to mount a bank ink pack inside of one of the legs of a wing. That way when they ripped the wing off, tosses it in their car and started to drive off they would get a nice big shock when the ink pack exploded inside their car.

For the theives and your stereo you need to pick up a extremely loud siren like something from HELLA and install it under your dash. Even if they cut the siren under your hood they won't want to be inside the car with a 110+ decibel siren going off. You could also mount a strobe in your gauge cluster. Hard to steal things and run off if they are blinded.

Re: Wing ripped off!

When I was still working for the dealership I walked in one Monday morning and passed two Eclipse GTS's on the lot that just didn't look right. Upon closer inspection I found the rear wheels were gone on both cars and they were sitting on blocks. The hatch glass had been busted out of both because the theif used the cars own jacks to raise them off the ground.

Nice.

The following Saturday at closing time as I was leaving the lot on the frontage road behind the dealership I was passed by an old Dodge Stealth that was travelling slowly in the opposite direction. For whatever reason I looked really closely at the car as it drove by me and could see that without question that it was wearing Eclipse GTS wheels. The GTS model had only been out for about a month at this time BTW. I threw my car into reverse and chased him (backwards) long enough to get his plate number. The cops picked him up and he eventually confessed to the crime and we got our wheels back.

Keep your eyes open. You may see you wing again.

Come on now you don't want to kill them.

Just cut there fu*kin hands off and make them suffer for the rest of their miserable lives.

Anyone who steals should lose their hands(period)

Bank packs are battery operated and they only go off when the pack passes through the doorway of the bank. Even McGuyver (sp?) couldn't rig up a car-based one. A security system that shocks somebody (like in RoboCop 2) is a different story!

Dude, I kind of know where you are coming from. I walked outside to my car one night and there were a bunch of kids i've never seen before walking all around my car, peeking in windows, touching my sides. And as soon as I get to my car, they get big mouths and say, good thing you came out, I was about to "karate chop" your wing(evo7 spoiler) in half. I just think to myself, if you had a set of ***** on you, you would do it right now in front of me. But they didn't and I wound up knocking the biggest of them all down on his *** and the rest flocked. You find out who it is, stick up for yourself.

On my old 4X4 truck I used a high powered electric fence box designed to pack enough punch to keep a bull in. I would connect a clear thick speaker wire to the trucks frame. Worked really well. I orignally did it to break the neighbors dog of pissing on my rims. Turned out it kept people away from it too. Painful SOB though. That was on a 1978 truck which didn't have to worry about an ECU.

Do they make anything operated by a pull cord or string that could be placed inside the wing? Maybe a nice long lasting smoke bomb?

Nice of you to post a pic of a MAC 10 with a supressor. I hope this isn't fully automatic and or you have a federal firearms license. ATF might be unnerved by this.

my dealership has it listed for $908.37 before tax.

As far as i understand, for parts like this, the dealership has some leeway in the pricing

At Don Herring Mitsubishi here in Plano they had an Eclipse out front that had a body kit put on it right after 2F2F came out. The car was parked directly in front of the showroom and sure enough a bunch of kids came up and ripped the body kit and wing off. The good thing was that it was sitting right in front of a security camera and they were not disguised, last I heard the Plano police were tracking the guys down. They do pay attention to a car dealers property. Thiefs

They must have ripped through the holes on the base of the wing. It is really snugged down. 2 bolts on either side of the wing. It must look really messy!!!! The wing is really held on good, they must have thought it would be easier to ripp off. Im sure the wrecked the wing , at least the base parts. Keep your eyes pealed. This is another reason mine came off, I just hate vandels!!!!

Do post pictures when you get time,,, i will let my wing go for $800/shipping if you like.

And it is too bad that you cant shoot theifs if you catch them in the act...... that Mac 10 would do very nice , especially with a silencer......And it would make them think twice before stealing/vandelizing.

I live in the communist State of NY, machine guns are illegal as are cans. The Mac is semi auto, can is for show.

Do you really think I would post a photo of a machine gun I claimed to own that wasn't registered with the ATF? Been buying and selling guns on the net for 6 years or so.

The system treats those people worse than rapists, don't care to go there.

When and if I move to a Class 3 State, I'll have some full auto toys.

The guy who builds Russian AKs for me, is a Class 2 manufacturer and has lots of machine guns.

He sent me this photo, no Airsoft here......that Krink fires at about 500rnds/minute.
