Another Hijack! Anyone know what type of firearms we can have at home in Chicago? I belive we can have rifles/shotguns but no handguns. Any input?

After I saw it that's exacly why I went to see if the wing was on the ground somewhere. It doesn't look like they could use it because it was literally torn from the car.
