There is one unfortunate piece of news, the second design that I had doesn't fit properly; it gets cut off by the cluster surround. I've included the design here just to give people a look at the design. If there's enough incentive then maybe we can get some funds together and make another batch that will fit.

What part gets cut off by the cluster surround? I like these better than the first ones! Were these designed to match the GReddy? What happened to the Defi set?

Do you mean the outer circles are hidden once installed?

Combat,

Man, you rock, it's looking great.

Guys, we will start taking a list of names next week, for those that want a first crack at the gauges. Combat and I have invested a good amount of money and time into making these a reality.

We'll give all the details as to cost, where to buy and what color options are available next week as well.

Stay tuned...

I'm working on that one. It should match the Defi perfectly too. I've ordered some new EL wires to improve the lighting. I'll be away this weekend, but I'll have more pics soon.

Oh, about the second design: I might still be able to offer the design the way it is, because just the outer ring gets cut off and it kinda looks like the stock gauge style.

I like the second design most. They match the new A'pexi EL II gages also. Post or shot me a email with pics with your new EL lighting. Thanks for working so hard on these for everyone !!!

Here's one last post before I leave for the weekend. The second design without the outer ring makes it look similar to the stock style but white lettering.

It doesn't look bad actually.

Can you show how the lettering will look with the blue back lighting? Looks pretty good to me.

Hm that don't look too shabby at all! Gotta see a night shot first though.

BTW awesome job guys. These look fantastic.

I'm just being a picky ***** here, but do you think it's possible to make the faces more matte? It looks a little "shiny" or "plasticky," if you know what I mean. Or it could just be the angle of the picture... ?

one comment, looking at the ticks on the tachometer it goes 1000rpm, 1250rpm, 1500rpm, 1750rpm, then 2000rpm, have you considered going by 100rpm increments rather than 250rpm?

i don't know how you or the others feel but when i had my hondata rsx-s it was nice to see the tach sweep past in 100rpm increments so i knew when 8600rpm was coming rather than 8500 or 8750.

i prefer the same in the evo as the stock fuel cutoff is around ~7700 and many people shift there and not 7000 or 8000rpm even.

beyond that, the gauge design you came up with is fantastic and i will be in line to get one if i have the money at the time. i appreciate all your hard work, thanks.
