Any Idea of what the pricing will be aprox?
Also what is the update on the lighting status? Are you doing to try to have a new lighting system as well?
I don't have all the information I need for pricing yet. I'm still in the process of getting quotes for materials I need. I'll keep you posted.

As for the lighting issues. Worse case scenario that I have is that we'll have to work out some instructions to add a few LEDs to properly light the whole gauge. I don't think It'll be too much of a hassle.

I still don't have all the numbers yet. But I'm aiming to have something to show by mid April.

Once I know more about pricing, I'll get a list going. I've already wrote down the few people that expressed interest during this thread like Vanilla Sky and Mitchubishi. I'll put the list up and you guys can confirm once I have the price.

There's more to come with these gauges.

Hehe, you'll have a customer in a year, as I don't have an evo yet . But I knew I wanted to do something with the guages, so you can put me down for a set after March 2005 when I get an evo finally.

I did not get overlays... I just bought the needle kit. Plan was to use stock gauges with Blue needle kit. I have not even installed the needle kit as it is more involved than I had anticipated and am not sure that is something I want to do anymore. You have to file off the red on the back of the needle and paint it white so that the Blue light will reflect off the white. This is all fine and good, but I would never be able to go back to stock look if i wanted as the needles would be white now. I guess I could buy all new needles but that is more than I was looking to get into. An entire gauge replacement cluster would be ideal. Then you would still have your stock cluster unchanged.

Like I've stated before, this will be a gauge face replacement. It will require you to disassemble the gauge cluster and remove the stock gauge faces and put in the new ones.

Evo11V, I'm trying to stay away from the term "overlay" because it's too easily confused with the vinyl stuff that goes on top of the stock gauge face which this is not.

More to come

Wow people actually thought this was going to be a whole new cluster? So what's the projected price? My friend got new faces for his celica for about 80$.

I agree that gauge faces are the best way to go. Overlays don't really look right and a whole cluster replacement is a big deal and not necessary.

I am definatley interested and love that they are designed to match the Blitz BLM gauges. Definatley put me on the list.
