I haven't heard anything back from Combat, so I'm not sure what's up. I've sold my EVO, so I can no longer do any tests. Before I sold it, I did find that using the standard white backing with transparent colored film behind the gauges gave the color saturation we were looking for, using the stock bulbs. If I don't hear anything back from Combat in the next few week, I still have one set of the carbon fiber look gauges with white lighting that I'll be willing to sell. Combat has all the other stock.

 

Hi guys, I'm sorry this is dragging on longer than everyone expected. I do have a bunch of gauges done and I have the color cellophane film in red and blue. However, the last few weeks have been really hectic for me since I'm about to start a new job and have to move. Since Seth no longer has his EVO, I'm opening up two test sets and would like people to try and give me feedback. I'll have them done and ready to send out Sat. Monday at the latest. Please PM me if you're interested with what backlight color and styel you like, first come first serve.

I'll still try to make these on my spare time, but that time seems to be shrinking lately. But PM me and lets get this final (hopefully) test finished up.

 

Seth, Did you ever post about how you calibrated your gauges after you installed the new ones?

 

Combat I'm looking for the attached gauge setup with blue back lighting if you have them. I've taken my faces out a bunch of times so no issues with removal or calibration.

 

What about these new defi red gauges. No need to change stock faces or back lighting with these babies?? To bad they don't offer a matching tach like A'pexi does.
