yes. it appears to add 1.5 degrees of caster and moves the wheels 3/8"-1/2" forward in the wheels wells which is perfect for me.

Thank you, sir. I think I'm going to grab them when I throw the Ohlins on over Winter. My rears still rub with 265/35 Nittos on a 18x9.5" +27 so I need to figure that out as well.

At what point will camber start eating the inside of your tires and/or decrease performance? I would like to go 275 in the future but can't get the 265s to clear properly.

I rolled them flat. The tire hits only on the edge of the quarter where it squares off to mount to the bumper, not the bumper tab itself.

Thus, I'm at a loss as to what people do to get their setup not to rub there.

Hey guys right now I currently have 265/35/18 rs3s on a 18x10.5 +22 .

I have voltex over fenders on the rear and mildly pushed out Evo Dave fenders.

I want to put 285/35/18 tires I know the rear is fine but the front needs work. Do you think a 5mm spacer will make it clear? I know the tread width is increasing by .8 inches going from the 265/35 to 285/35

Thanks

Your right, I ordered 275/35. They don't offer 285/30 thanks.

275/35 still take a lot of work, the added height is worse than the added width.

Just curious but has anyone tried a 285/30/18 on a 9.5 inch wheel, because the 275/35/ 18 is rather chubby, and not in a good way.

Most people I've seen use 9.5 wheels...

I thought of that, the height changes by .1 inches so it shouldn't be too bad

Nothing 35 series after 265 will work well.

285/30/18 is THE size. Run it on a 9.5", 10", or a 10.5

I'd run a 265/35/18 if it was a 9.5

so many options...
Hard to find all the people that might runs these if you have seen this first hand and know Please post...

at this rate I'm going to make a new Wheel fitment page for 8/9's and on the very first post put every setup with what has to be done... I have spent WAY to much time researching this:

so if you have input let me know
I have rolled rears... so trying to find something to run R888 255/40 which are more the size of 265 actually...

I have these in mind... i can run up to 5mm spacer on front MAX...

does any one know about these wheels? and setups please speak up.

basically just need to know if they will clear brakes or if they require spacers.
+35 in rear is way safe... and with roll no more clearance issues.

ADVAN RG II 17x9.5 +35
WedsSport TC105N - 17X9.5 +32

Volk Racing CE28N 17x9 +35
Seen other EVO’s with these can’t tell if they have spacers or not

The bold part is where you're going to fail. All these wheels are perfect fitment for the Evo in the rear. You need a 10-20mm spacer depending on the wheel to get clearance for the Brembo calipers up front.

Spacers aren't bad. I run a 22mm spacer and I'm not retarded... I'm an Engineer. You'll need to run ARP extended studs and do it up right. You're going to spend another 300 dollars for lugnuts, spacers, and ARP studs.
