As low priced as they are, I also had a set of sumo akinas which were relatively quiet. The price was amazing though.

Bridgestones tend to run quieter than other tires (in comparison to Yokos and Dunlops in my personal experience).

My Hankook Ventus V12's are among the quieter of performance tires I've owned. Really happy with their performance too.
