need insurance help

so i was in minor accident and my front driver side tire was not salvageable, the shop handling the car tried looking for a replacement and come to find out they dont make the tire that i have on my car anymore so they had to get a whole set, now the insurance says they only have to pay for the 1 tire but with awd all the tires need to be replaced and they are trying to say that it doesnt so they save some money. anybody have any documents or owner manuals that state otherwise? i could use pics so i can show the insurance so i dont get stuck paying for 3 tires

Could'nt they also contact the Mitsubishi dealer direct? You'd think that a mitsubishi service writer would be able to back up this information.

insurance is NOT going to pay for an entire set dude. trust me, what you can do is, shave the new tire to match, or do what i suggested my friend do, buy the other 3 at the dealer discounted price to have a whole set. with insurance, they only replace what is broke, after market parts rather than original because its cheaper for the insurance company to put out.
my friend had the dealership do the body work/insurance claim and they couldnt get the insurance to pay for all the tires.
