So the only source of rear clunking is RSB itself or endlinks. I'll re-tighten the RSB mounts, otherwise it is the endlinks.
Oh, that's not how I was understanding it. Not much to it, then. Chassis mounts, make sure the end link bolts for the end links fit right and are tight, ...that's pretty much it.
That would drive me nuts.

Yea my rear sway bar bracket was very slightly loose when I had rear clunking, but also a couple of other things as well that wasn't really tight. It seemed to clear up my rear clunking. Bet it's the bracket!

Are your front and rear end links the same? Maybe faulty? Are they adjusted right? Out of curiosity, did you replace just one link on each bar or both (all four links?)

no, klc139 in front and klc102 in rear. i'd be surprised if they're faulty. adjusted "right," idk - had the shop (who works on a ton of nats level autox cars) do the endlinks.

all 4 replaced, from OEM to Whiteline. only clunks on high load (autox, track days), not street driving.

My bad, I meant "same brand". I've never put adjustable links at all four corners, so no experience with that. Though that shouldn't matter. If the shop is reputable, then should be good there.
What do they have to say? Any hints?

Oh I only got clunks when street driving or going over tiny bumps on the road, never really during autocross. Might be something else?

I would just go over all the bolts under your car and see if any are loose.

My clunk was the outer tie rods. The rubber boot cracked and since I use pressure washers to wash the car the ball joint went bad. Also had play in the front wheel when I lifted the car to check the tie rod symptoms.

i'll check other stuff but these are pretty stark before/after noises with the sway bar. front one has been clunking forever, hoped the endlinks would fix it. rear sway bar was bumped from 24 to 26 - no clunking with stock endlinks on 24, figured i'd do them on the 26 and clunking began in the rear.

have you tried tightening down your strut/shock top nuts and the strut to chassis nuts? Thats always been the source of my suspension clunks.

i know what you're talking about, i've had those way too loose in the past. given the before/after noise, i figure it wouldn't be that but can't hurt to make sure they're snug anyway, thanks.
