Thanks man!

I won't be able to stand driving the 8 up this year. The seat, lack of radio, and A/c (it was hot as hell during last year's trip) does not make it road trip friendly

Ya, the X isn't too bad on road trips... your turbo got me great gas mileage too! I want to say it was close to 25-26mpg when I made a trip from VA to FL before I took it off.... then I got a whopping 18-19mpg when I slapped the red back on (that turbo just wanted to spool).

When I drove to bushur shoot from Li to Ohio last year it did amazing. When the cruise control was trying to accelerate up mountains sometimes I was alittle worried I'd throw an H beam out the front of the block though lol

You don't need to worry about that. The car won't build boost (I can't remember the exact amount but it was less than 5psi) going up hill. The cruise control monitors it and adjusts the throttle accordingly... we tested it out on my car with the red on the way home from the shootout

Funny I never checked to see what this turbo does part throttle up a hill. I always just down shift when I hear it spooling on it's own lol

As long as it can translate to better mph on the track I'm ok with the number other wise its just a number.

24psi had me trapping 124.85 so id like to think 30psi can get me 130.
Update --- 129+mph -- Still on pumpgas.

I think next time for one run I'm going to shift to 5th just to see what the car can actually trap instead of riding the limiter through the finish.

I went 11.26 now on my all seasons and beat my previous best of 11.36.

Track prep was amazing. My 3 year old 235 all seasons on the other hand I was spinning them like crazy as you can see in the videos. I was having so much fun racing other cars by the time I tried to get serious and threw on the hoosier drags my clutch started becoming unhappy with the sudden increase in traction and hot lapping. I had almost 20 runs that day just goofing around but I managed to stay in the 11's all day except my last run where I let out at the 1000' and went 12.1
