I tried the latest one for the UM version, I copied to a CD using the ISO recorder that was posted earlier.

 

IT WORKS!!!!
I burnt the iso image with the iso recorder as required. It took 3 mins, and another 3 min to install the image on the dvd nav. Movies and burnt dvds now play while in motion!! Nice work guys, we need to get some money to the geniuses who figured this out!!!

So I burned the latest disc image, put it into the dvd player. It read the cd and said it would take 2 hours to complete installation and aked me to insert an update key into the navigation????? which I obviously don't have and don't even know what it is and without this key it wont let me continue.

 

This is kick@ss. I posted long ago asking for this so my gf could watch flicks on road trips. Let my buddy drive my car to work today so now I have to wait to try it.

Still not working, I've tried every patch but just no luck.

 

you will have to give us some more info on your setup . what version of NAV. maybe you are using the 30.94 version on an older version. this just unlocks the DVD . it maybe thinking you are updating the NAV sat unit. this data is not there.

 

Oh kick *** just updated! yes, now dvd's in motion. Thank you to whoever did figure it out.
