Getting a brand new evo x sst (JDM), need help with the MMCS

Hello all, i need some help guys. Im getting myself a white evo x sst (JDM premium trim) early september and i just found out the MMCS is in Japanese! so is there anyone knows how do i change all this function to english? and theres the speed limiter too which limits me to 180km/h or 112mp/h. So far the dealer claims that they are able to remove the speed limiter but they cant do anything about the computer, is there anyway i can upload a (probably uk edition) software into the MMCS? I heard that even the radio frequencies are based on japanese frequencies, so i cant even listen to radio FM! How am i suppose to go about this, appreciate all the help i can get.
Thanks

Change JDM Evo X Japanese MMCS to English Language

Would anyone know if i get a UK MMCS which has english version and install it to my JDM Evo X and replace my japanese MMCS, will it retain the english language of the UK MMCS? or will it change it to japanese language??

Anybody know?? Because i want to buy a UK MMCS that someone is selling.

It should retain the english... However I do not know if you will get the maps you need.. your best bet is to order your car without a headunit and buy an aftermarket nav for it.

if you are replacing the entire unit i see no reason why it would revert back to japanese or is there something that i am missing in your question.
