Stock Audio Equipment Replacement

Well, my stock sub is now blown and sounds like **** (more than it already did) and I'm looking to make a few changes to my audio. I would like to look to replace the stock sub (would like to keep the stock box), side speakers, and amp. If you could give some suggestions of a good set up, nothing too outrageous, I'd appreciate it.
