Anyone know how to update nav firmware?
after some tries, finally got a USB drive to start updating, but my update got stuck at 18% and then it shows update fail. I've tried to go back to redo but it keeps showing as update fail. Is dealership my only option now? thanks

I tried this fix as I have a 6th Gen iPod Nano that would work once and then require me to cycle three other devices before the iPod would work again. Otherwise it just got stuck at Load.
Every time I tried the update I got the "no file" error as well (from multiple USB devices). Not sure if anyone has found why this occurs yet?
I have confirmed I'm on the old software too.
What I found though is if I added a playlist to the device everything works perfectly. I don't need to use the playlist, I just have to have a playlist on the iPod. Hopefully this might help anyone else who is unable to/reluctant to run update.

Thank you so much OP for posting this. Worked great on my 2011 Outlander Sport. Took about 6 minutes.
Anyone with the non-navi system have track names working over bluetooth? And how can you go back to folder browsing once you play something based on a playlist/artist/album? I was hoping these would work after the update but no luck..
