How did you get this to work? I purchased the OBDLink LX. I have the Octa 6.0 unit. it sees the Bluetooth device, but it will not go to the next step to pair. Any ideas? Do I need to update the firmware on the device?

I've just installed this android unit today, everything is working except the pairing of the OBDLINK MX module to the headunit.
I tried pairing other devices like my iphone 6 and s8+ and they both pair and work with the unit. I even did a reset of the system through settings and then once restarted I changed bluetooth password to 1234 and tried pairing again and still doesn't work.
The android unit does see the OBDLINK MX but it doesn't pair at all, anyone have any tips to help me out? I added a few pics for info. Thanks. Android can see the OBDLINK MX but it doesn't want to pair.
Ever since I bought this 6.0 unit I have NEVER seen the Mitsubishi logo load sign anymore. EVERYTIME I start my car or turn the key the unit is on instantly and powers all my USB's and hard drives instantly and plays music. Does this mean the system is constantly sleeping and draining battery power? How come I never see load times for start up anymore? Is this some kind of new feature that my unit has that I am unaware of?
I say this because I have heard people saying how long the boot up time is but for me it is INSTANT. How can I shut down the Android unit completely without it draining power? I'm now assuming it is just on sleep mode when I shut the car off.
Even if I shut the power off the unit and then shut off my car.. As soon as I start the car back up and I touch the power button on the android player it is INSTANT with all the music ready to go and starting to play.

Try pairing the OBD FIRST then do the phones. So un pair everything and first pair the OBDLINK.
Hey thanks for the reply, but as I posted above I did try that method and it didn't work.

What's this about?
I had issues with my unit where it wouldn't connect Bluetooth at all, not even to my phone. I'd have to reboot the unit with the restart command to get it to connect. Anyways, you have to fully update the unit to get the option to have the unit fully shutdown. It will allow you to choose different times for the unit to fully power down. Your unit is only going into stand by. I recommend fully updating it, removing all Bluetooth from the unit, and pair the od2 module first.
