So does this mean the EcuFlash program will now be able to Reflash Evo X's?

The Vehicle support list for EcuFlash still lists it as "2.0 (Under Development)" so I just wanted to confirm.

I know the Logging software is still being worked on but I can still get some good info logging with OBD2 software and make small adjustments here and there.

 

Which logging software did you use with OpenPort 2.0?

 

So far I've tested a few OBD-II programs that work with "CAN Passthrough" cables.. PCMScan works, unfortunately I don't know how well, as it seems to crash periodically but I think thats related to my vista x64 and not the Cable.

 

I had the same problem with windows xp and pcmscan. I had a little better luck with Edge Analysis Datapro but it seemed like it disconnected at random times.

 

so does it mean its a website mistake or can it reflash the X?

 

Its not working yet but hopefully it will soon. I saw in another thread that they were trying to get an X to reflash over this last weekend. Havent heard if they got a car or if it was successful.

Need a new version of EcuFlash and Evo 10 Definitions before you can do anything worthy.

 

Went on their site and it still says under development.

 

ECUFlash isn't ready yet.

I think they mean that the cable will work once the software is available. I'm one of the beta testers, and we don't yet have software that works with the X.
