ECUFlash 1.40 is out!!!
Just like on the 8 and 9, yes, the WGDC goes above 100 in the table but it will not give you anymore boost. I've tried, trust me. You can put 127% in the WGDC table and not only will it not give you more boost, it will log only 100% as well. (on the 8/9 as we can't log WGDC on the 10 yet)

There's taper .. but definitely not what you're posting .. maybe its conversion factor thats why we have this discussion ?? Consistent taper from 6500rpms @ 1.55bar to 1.35bar at 7000rpms .. It may be a flow limit, butEBC equipped cars doesn't have this taper .. maybe like what you mentioned .. could be a "leanspool" like function somewhere thats limiting this and fuel ..
I'm still testing it .. but I get higher load and boost above 100% ..

Should be able to control idle very soon .. the subroutines are located .. its just a matter of labelling them correctly ..

So you actually haven't logged your boost then? Just eyeballing it off a gauge? If you are using PCMscan, you can log absolute boost in kPa. It maxes at 255 kPa but you won't hold that up top anyway.
Did a TBE with HFC cat and open cone air filter Evo 10 today and with the stock boost system at 100% WGDC I got 17.5psi at 7,000 rpm, which is 1.2bar. Inputting anything over 100% WGDC did nothing more.

My logger shows 1.35 bar at 7000rpms .. and that's stock exhaust and cat ..
Interesting .. at 127% I run 1.8bar peak and constant 1.7bar till 6500rpms ..
at 100% I run 1.6bar peak and 1.5bar till 6500rpms .. seems to be a magic number there

Found another boost vs temp map .. too many limiters on the stock ECU .. sigh ..
I'm beginning to think the JDM 10's have a different pill in the boost assembly then.

Here's a short log of mine in 3rd gear (around the 20 second area). My boost spikes to 27psi and drops to around 22 psi by redline on my boost gauge. On PCMScan it shows 255 and drops to around 245 by redline. The boost is slightly higher in 4th gear but I really don't have an area that I can max out 4th gear safely for logging.

Speed cut was only for the JDM but that has been taken care of too.
