Two things: Firstly, remember not to eat diarrhea inducing foods next time you need to upload something. Secondly, I remember once when I was a kid not making it entirely to the toilet. Long story, but lets just say I've seen the kind of damage explosive diarrhea can cause when un-corked in the wrong environment.. Think about what would have happened if this was inside your car. You would of never got all of it, and your car would prolly smell like crap the rest of it's life. The amount of pressure involved could conceivably blown "shrapnel" into areas you couldn't get to even if you disassembled your entire interior(it's quite likely it would've plain and simply blown your shorts into next week. Trust me when I say, the intestinal tract can build up a lot more pressure than you would think). Not to mention the headache of having to deal with the curious on-lookers who would inevitably come investigate why you were spending an entire day taking apart your car, and having to explain the curiously colored clean-up materials, and more importantly-the smell
Even if you knew your ECU would be wasted if you left, you did the right thing.
Look at the bright side. You could've been stuck in line somewhere where there wasn't a toilet near-by, or you could have been meeting your girlfriend's parents for the first time, like at a picnic or something.
