So, as I see only rare 1 count of knock in 100+ load, I stop solving the low load knock and will believe this is nothing hurting the engine :-)

Well it does not hurt the engine. Just shows up as knock and might pull a bit of timing at the worst down low, which really doesn't matter too much.

It's piston slap. Most common in decel or light loads (or mindless free revving).

The piston rocks in its bore at the top of the stroke, at the same time the knock processor is listening for knock.

We use MAP as a load qualifier to enable knock detection.

New version is out.

There is no danger at this rpm point as there is very little load if any at this rpm point
