Question AP lost/stolen, what to do?

So the movers "lost" my Cobb AP. I got a custom tune with the AP at Cobb - Plano in February and I wanted to get another one now that I'm in Florida. My stuff was delivered and I'm missing a whole bunch of stuff. Thankfully, I have full replacement coverage, but now I'm stuck since I cannot un-marry my AP allowing me to go to a local tuner. I would have gotten a new tune with the AP, but the local tuners that I trust don't use it.

Can you overwrite the AP map using ECUflash? Or how do you flash back to stock with out the AP?

Ouch.. I would contact cobb. Have no clue how you'd unmarry the AP from your ecu without the unit.

Contact COBB and let them quote you the replacement cost for a new AP and a special unmarry service (divorce?).

Yup, that. Have them send it to you in an email/mail too, so you can provide the quote to the insurance agency.

ap

if you still have the original receipt and ap serial number im sure they can help because the ap cant be used on another car unless unmarried from your car and cobb are the only ones that can reset it last time I checked if you send them an ap to unmarry it is a $350.00 fee they can keep an eye out for yours if someone sends it in , you have a cobb protuner about 4hours from you

Once Cobb opens back up after the holidays, I'll get with them. I'm trying to locate my receipt for it, but since I purchased from Cobb Plano and they tuned it I am sure they have a record of it in their system anyway.
