Load basically is the volume of air.

the VE is built into the 3xMAP tables...

correct, I used them today for logging. My MAP tables are smoothed out now and raised. They still need to get bumped up more I think, more testing/logging/tuning to occur soon. But the logging addresses work, thanks Tephra

Michael, there is something wrong with the definitions for the 2010 GSR USA model. I get an error when loading a ROM and I dont get any maps starting with the MAF scaling. Error states "Parse error at Line 332, Column 87. No Error Occured"

Bringing back a really old thread but I flowed a stock EVO X maf so maybe this data will help you figure out some of the maf units etc.

The maf was flowed with a 1K pulldown because it seems as the ECU has this in the maf circuitry.
ignore the calc error column

Code:

I'm trying to come up with a blow-thru maf solution for the evo X. Need someone to do some testing with a maf.. Here is the transfer function for the maf they would be using..

From what I've seen in most mass air ecu strategies Ford, GM, Nissan, toyota etc.

Load = actual airflow aka maf reading/ theoretical max engine airflow aka engine displacement * RPM * VE
