This makes me happy because if I decide to sell my 335 down the line and get a X I can use the same procede, upload new firmware, map and get a Evo X harness and I'll be ready to fly. Good job Vishnu!

you were talking about knock at high rpm and it was hard to figure out
or it was unfriendly, is that fixed yet?

I am buying evoX in 3 month

my cusin in Utah using your product for his EVO VIII and he loves it.
I want to be your customer but w/EVO X.
when will this be available etc...?

Dont supposed you could share at what voltage the ECU triggers knock could you? I am really interested in the differences on how the VIII and X ECU's handle this stuff.

Unfortunately, products like the UTEC have left an extremely sour taste in my mouth for hi-jack devices. Any possibilities that you will be working on a stock ECU editor? Or will that be left to OpenECU?

That's wrong, the SST is built by Getrag and it's model number is 6DCT470:

Max. Torque Capacity 470 Nm (347 lbs/ft)
Weight (dry) 99,5 kg
Installation length 348 mm
Input Shaft - Differential 197/207/215 mm
Gear Spread Ratio 4,99 – 6,48

I believe only the clutch packs are supplied by Aisin. The exact torque limit in the Evo application is still unknown and shouldn't be too far from the OEM spec. Also, the MR has been released in the Japanese market for over 2 months now. The ASpec "delay" is mostly due to re-tuning because of different driving habits of the US population imo.

I'm not sure that there is a problem that really needs to be solved yet with regards to knock sensing. A but more testing is required. We will offer a ROM editing solution as well as the PROcede and customers can choose what better fits their needs. The new X is a much better platform for interceptor style tuning than the previous cars due to it much higher resolution crank trigger (32-3 teeth vs 4 evenly spaces teeth.) Already being scaled for big 650cc injectors also helps.

this is nuts man...i'm slowly converting to a X lover lol i as a X lover, then a hater, now i'm a lover again. i think i was just in a bad mood when i hated the X for those two days. i've always loved everything about it but the power...looks like that's fixed now. the AWD system is ridiculous on the X though...we FINALLY get AYC. after i pay the IX MR off, i'm gonna look into getting a X MR. very very very nice work on the tune.
