ETS Full exhaust system review

Hi all,

I've just received the following parts this morning:

ETS 3" O2 Housing /downpipe
ETS 3" Test pipe
ETS 3" Custom cat back

Install:
I started the work at noon and finished everything at 3. Just to let you all know that it was much easier than i thought since i've been reading so many bad things about O2 sensors / O2 housing removal.
I must say that the ETS O2 housing/downpipe is an amazing part and really really easy to install thank to the 5 separate bolts and nuts.

Sound:
The full exhaust is loud and deep really deep and that's the reason it's loud
At WOT it really sounds like a race car and i love it.

Performance:
That thing spools much much faster it's really impressive.
I don't have dyno places here in my country but here is a good reference point.
Here are the parts before full exhaust:
ETS 4" IC + LICP + UICP
ETS Intake
Forge WGA
HKS EVC 6 EBC
When you set up the EBC for the first time it disables the boost control to show what pressure the boost system can produce and make adjustments from that point. So before exhaust, max boost i had was 15.5, after exhaust i have 19 psi. Yes it is without any form of boost control (EBC Disabled, Stock solenoids outs and no pills at all).
Results on the street are impressive i now boost 26 psi at 3600 tappering to 24 at redline.
My wife really can tell the difference the car runs really strong and i love how people look at the car just as it was a race car
Question: please can anyone tell me if it's safe to push that kind of boost without tune?

you should be fine pushing that much, but it would be better safe than sorry to get a tune.

I run the newest version (full 3") with V-band for the axle back. I believe i had the 2nd exhaust they've built and the 1st new design O2 housing/downpipe.

I've set my boost limit to 24 just to be safe but now i will turn it back to 26 thank you EVOX_SA

Jonathan,

I'm glad you received the package. You had me worried thinking it was lost with USPS. You should be safe running that kind of boost. What type of fuel do you have?

Thanks!

Michael

He has the v2 and o2 eliminator you see on the page. I need to add the test pipe to the website, I will get that done on Monday.

How does the ETSV2 exhaust differ from the UR of similar design? Is is quiter as well? Looks like a very nice piece. Also looks like it will have great under car clearance.

That is not so... The online store sets the weight based on the box dimensions. If we rated it at 20lbs, the ship price would be in correct due to the dims.

Thanks,

Michael
