Deatsch Werks 1000 cc injectors
I'm no tuner, but from what I have seen and heard feedback from a few of our tuners, you should probably scale your MAF first on the stock injectors before you install and tune larger injectors.
okay, thank you but what about the 100% drop in fitment issue ? on every seller page are no mods need easy install but i have to use custom spacer and the side of the injectors going to the intake manifold is interesting too !
The DW EVOX injectors are just a couple millimeters taller than the OEM injectors, but the fuel rail has enough play it hasn't been an issue.
We have sold thousands of EvoX injectors and also other applications that have similar fitment, and have yet to hear of someone needing to fabricate or locate spacers for their fuel rail.
I not saying this isn't the case in your situations, just letting you know this is the first I've heard of this issue.
Have you had a chance to pressurize the rail? If so, did all of the seals seat?

and what do you think about the 2 little things on the side of injector going into the intake manifold ? Why are they there ? I didnt see any space for it in the im .
here is the picture :

And thank you for your answer !
Hey VG,
Feel free to PM me or email me a list of any questions you have. I try to make it onto EvoM daily, and am not always able to.

I am going to buy 850cc and I am confused right know due to that issue...
I will post any pertinent Q/A done via PM or email, just would be nice to get all of the questions out so that I can answer or find answers promptly.
I only have so much time during the week that I am able to get on the forums.
I will answer the tab question, though.
The tabs are there as a design of the Denso injector used for the EvoX application. It has no bearing on the function of the injector. They are not meant as a stop or to go into slots on the intake manifold. The lower oring is what creates the seal on the IM, as long as it is properly lubed and installed there should be no problems.
