it could be any thing, you could be knocking, the track can have more drag due to the chem they use, or even your shifting could be an issue. i ran 12.687 with 1.67 60 foot at 107.8 so it beats me and i did it at island dragway great meadows nj which i herd alot of people say is a bad track.

i was just curious if there was something i didnt know as too how the trap speed is the same but the ET is different...and not a little different. 12.2 to 12.6. That being 60' times are very similair. Obviously different tracks may read different but i just was wondering what else could lead to that.

well on the stock clutch and first time at the track the 1.75 wasn't that bad i think. someone else i know ran a 12.2 @ 111 and he thinks that run he had a 1.71 60' for that run.

i cant believe u ran that time untuned.... crazy.. and i didnt know X's were that fast with the basic boltons... guess ya learn something new everyday. Good times tho, cant wait to see ur time tuned

I picked up 30whp and 50wtq from the tune and i'll be going back to the track in 2 days on wed. to see what i can do now.

hmm...that was my first time ever at the track...i'll see what i can do this wed. I know i should be low 12's...but maybe i can break 11's. We'll see.

Yes. When you have 2 identical cars trapping at the same speed, and running the same 60' times, the usual cause of any difference in ET is the speed at which each driver is shifting (as far as I know).
