If you don`t mind the later spool, less peak torque then by all means go for the Red for the mega high end power.

The green is less aggressive in the top end, but very torquey in the midrange for a better balanced powerband.

It all depends of you driving style and power goals.

If your car is for the most a DD, then get the Green. You won't need the Red's high end power output on the streets. Well, you probably don't need the Green's power either . I wouldn't get too hung up on reaching a HP number. Anything over 400WHP is sufficient unless you're drag racing.
