relocated BOV

after installing the AEM intake the bov hit the suspension cross brace. I can adjust it a lot easier now as well.

I'm having that same problem now. Did you just cut the stock hose when you relocated the bov?

cut the stock hose at the clamp/guide section of the air intake (snorkel). Flipped the cut section of hose around and used a 90 degree tubing section of my old zx10r header, Titanium. two hose clamps and a longer vacuum line for the BOV and there ya go!! Cost me 2.50.....

Doesnt hit the hood, has about a 1/2 to 1 inch clearance. You can see it if you look down the vent on the the hood when closed.

Makes it soo easy to adjust now..

going to make a couple oil catch cans next and powder coat them either red or dark grey metallic.
