I have the ECUtek flash done from AMS, but also have bought a Accessport for some strange reason that I have yet to figure out yet. I keep going back and forth on the different ways to tune before I actually call AMS to schedule a date to put in my Cosworth MX1 cams/DW 800cc injectors/FP Red. So it's a back and forth battle since I have to still buy a fuel pump and as of last week getting my car fixed since someone took a key to the passenger fender all the way to the passenger door.

Well your 800cc won't do anything for e85 anyway, so you mind as well stick with pump gas for a while, unless you want to buy injectors again and a double pump for the FPred.

I know the 800cc wouldn't do much. I bought them back in March before I started the debating the fuel change. The fuel pump either way I go I've been thinking about changing out. I was going to "cheat" and go to the dealership and order a stock fuel pump and just send that in so I wouldn't have any down time. But they decided to get rid of the Mitsu branch because it was the lowest selling of all their dealerships. So that's been another hold up with all the rain we've been having here down time means a motorcycle in the rain.

I strongly advise that you consider an inline Bosch 044 instead (MDR sells a kit). I've spent the last few months troubleshooting various fuel system problems and I wish I'd never removed the stock housing from the tank: just say no. No down-time, either.

How often is that? There are stations on I94 along the way. I also know for a fact that the trunk will hold four 5gal cans without a problem.

It'll actually hold *6* 5gal tanks of E85 (I've only had to do that for track days though).

Here in WI - MN , we're blessed with the highest number of E85 stations in the country.

I've driven 20,000 miles on the E85/Red combo, and never have been out of range or had the need to switch back to 93. Just takes a few minutes of planning to look up where the nearest stations are along your route. I hope 93 never touches my car's lips again.

PS I'm knocking on wood loudly here, since I don't want to be the next to split my block open . My car has been abused daily for the last year with 480whp/440tq.

It's a crap shoot man at the levels we are dealing with...i pushed mine just a tad too far. You are closer to safe side of things I think. But in that hazy region I'd say.
