output shaft won't release

Short story- busted trans and transfer case due to wheel hop. I believe the output shaft is lodged in the transmission because I can't get it to save my life. I purchased a dent remover, tapped for 8mmx1.25 and the bolt screws it perfect, but when I use the slide, the shaft still won't budge. I'm doing this in my driveway with jackstands but would it be possible to remove the entire trasnmission/transfer case assembly out in one piece or any other options of removing the damn shaft? Thanks in advance.

Pulling from driver's side. My puller is similar to that slide hammer:

When I pulled off the driver side axle, the broken piece just fell of the transmission and not sure if that had something to do with the output shaft not wanting to come out.

By the looks of the picture the case and gears look all fd up My experience with this would say get one of the biggest slide hammers you can or borrow one from a body shop if you can and if that dont take it out your next best bet will be to drop the sub frame and take the trans and t case out together some how.

I'm out of options. I've tried unscrewing all the bolts that the shaft is connected too and have one bolt that doesn't want to go off. My option- the tranny is trashed and highly unrepairable. Can I just start beating the F out of it hoping to break the rings around it? I do not trust a tranny and case on top of me on jack stands. Plus it doesn't sound to delightful. My only other option is take it to a shop which would cost more to disassemble. Originally wanted to have some money left over to beef up the tc and tranny. At this point, I might have to just replace both with oem used.

take the shaft on the t-case and push the shaft from the passenger side, stick a half inch extension and hammer the **** of it.

Yeah I finally got it out with a blind hole puller set rented from autozone. Still took me 15-20 minutes. When I got it out, the solid area was caked with burnt on carbon which makes me believe that this problem may have started earlier than the track. Thanks for the suggestions.
