Still wondering how the slightly smaller but still drilled siphon opening ended up working out?

Not with general driving, I've ran it down to the second low fuel light without issue. I've felt some hesitation at WOT near the low fuel lights but its getting cold up here and I can't say for certain whether it has to do with temperature or fuel level.

Are you going to go slightly larger to see if that gets pressure back to factory?

I still think its possible, especially now that you say 9/64" is working all the way down to the 2nd fuel light warning.
