Need help - New turbo, bolts/nuts backing out

Need some help if anyone has seen this issue before.

Put in the FP MHI TF06 a few months back and ever since then the nuts/bolts holding the turbo to the manifold back out after a couple weeks of daily driving. Cobb can't figure out why and refuse to use anything like Loctite or locking washers. We've tried 3 different sets of hardware and all with the same result.

Basically the 2 bolts closest to the firewall/cabin go first and then the others start to loosen.

Has anyone seen this before or is this just another chapter in the book of "things that plague only me"?

Should I just say screw Cobb and put locking washers in? Is loctite a horrible idea?

HTH,
HAZMAT
Thanks. Read through it and didn't really see a clear cut answer. Is there one?
What did you end up doing?

I use their copper lock nuts on most turbo cars, but I just realized they don't offer the right thread pitch. Evo X exhaust manifold and turbo hardware is M10x1.25. I did an install of a GTX3582 and an ETS manifold at my shop yesterday and used some serrated flange lock nuts I had laying around the shop. I have to look up where I bought them but they are similar to the stock hardware.

Did you replace it with factory bolts and replace the factory stud? The factory bolts require quite a few heat cycles before the lock into place. Also make sure those pressure washers are sitting correctly and they require 2 per bolt.

Yes you really should re-torque the fasteners after a few heat cycles. Just google m10x1.25 serrated nut. I don't want to post a direct link to non-sponsor sites but it looks like this:
