The blouch 2.0 for the X does not appear to be a replica of CBRD BBK line like the 8/9 stuff. On MAP's site it says it uses an 11 blade garrett compreesor, but the picture clearly shows otherwise. And the blouch website offers no information other than a picture and a price..

 

I bought a stock turbo and sent it off to FP to upgrade to a red. However, upon inspection the exhaust housing is cracked - wah wahhhh wahhhhh. Bought a NEW BBX Full that should be here this week so we'll see how I like it! YIKES!

 

assuming it wasn't a "picture is not an exact representation of actual product" then that sucks. i was viewing this from my phone and didn't realize it was the X forum.

bummer, though. i guess options are even more limited for you guys?

You can send in your core to CBRD for a BBX Full, JB or BB, since you already bought a used turbo. It should knock a good $400 off. Just PM them and see. The BBX Full is rated at 56/min, so between a FP Green and Red. Otherwise, MHI 18K and GTX3576R are excellent choices as well.
