Yea mine was the one But it was fixed 100%, the shop that fixed it did an awesome job. I was lucky enough that the frame wasnt bent Im still deciding on what to sell it for, once i decide i will let you know

I honestly dont believe that ANY evo will hold it value regardless if it is a 8, 9, or 10. Just look at the old eclipse and talon's. Same basic layout as the evo with comparable speed(at least at the time) and how much are they going for these days.

 

I trully hope you are right being that I am overseas and plan on buying one when I get back....

My prediction is the IX will be like the USDM version of the VI overseas.

 

You know, the funny thing is I am one of the rare guys that would rather have the VIII then the IX. Dont get me wrong, I know the 9 has a higher torque band and all, but the VIII is just so much easier to tune imho. This most likely has more to do with the fact that I have spent several years tuning, re-tuning, and then fine tuning my VIII though. I have honestly spent very little time, other then fuel tuning, on a IX.

 

I think the 9 will be a very rare car in a few yrs. only made one yr or so, if i'm correct most dealerships asking over 30gs
