the car is fine without one, you really don't need it. it's more of a cool factor.

Assuming the Evo X has a nice modern water cooled turbo (which seems certain), a turbo timer is just a toy. 'Tis like getting a fancy loud BOV . Whatever floats yer boat.

Don't be a lazy *** and just sit in the car and let it cool for 10-20 seconds before you turn off the engine.

Like stated it's not nessesary.

Yep, should be a habit for most turbo car owners.

Pretty much just wasting gas when you pull up to the Starbucks...or any other random "cool" spot.

I have a Greddy TT and almost never use it but when I do beat the ***** off of it once in a while then I do use it. I was out one night with my cousins and uncles and they want to go for a ride in it. I had that manifold glowing bright orange by the time I parked so I actually just sat around and waited for about 6 minutes to make sure it was cool.

If your turbo would wear out without it than Mitsu would have included it with the car imho.

I think once you decided to upgrade your car that it is a good idea to get one. I put one on the X. I look at it as it really doesnt hurt to get one. And it actually reads the heat there for adding second to stay on pretty kool i think.
