In addition, they just announced a LEASE for the EVO X... .thats a first.

2 year Lease Special

$3903 Total Drives
12k miles a year
$383.75 Month
Base GSR
Those are actually terrible deals. The 3 and 4 year APR is okay, but the 5 year is crap. That lease is just rape as well.

Unless its 0% APR For 5 yrs, you're better off at a credit union.

^^^You're kidding right. Unless it's 0% APR? What rate will the credit union give you? At best about 4.9%.

PenFed was offering 4.25% up to 72mos as of two weeks ago. Now it's up to 4.5%.

Will you ever see Mitsu offering 4.25% on a 6 year loan? The answer is no.

An easy way to find low rates is to go to bankrate.com and search for Credit Union rates, you can then select auto loans. They'll give you the lowest across the country. The trick is being eligible to sign up for the CU, but thats pretty much a formality.

The APRs aren't all that bad in comparison to offers from other auto makers...especially for a limited production performance car...but, you're right that they could get better.

You're spot on for that lease. The money factor has to be around .05 or somewhere in that ballpark which means that money factor corresponds to a 12% interest rate

Mitsubishi doesn't give a breakdown by car in Canada but up here Mitsubishi sells more cars than Subaru. What's shocking though is that Kia almost sells as much as Mitsubishi and Subaru combined and Hyundai sells more than Nissan.

Canadians are notorious for preferring cheaper more fuel efficient vehicles since we make less money after taxes than Americans.

Well, I'm not surprised by that. If you accidentally drop your wallet and the change that comes out of it can buy you a kia or a hyundai.

Cheap or not they outsell mitsu. Even though I would not drive a hyundia or a kia, they both came a very long way. Hope mitsu can take notes

Wow, that's not good. I was expecting the MRs to boost the sales up quite a bit - at least up to 400 units.

No sales numbers on the base Lancer though...I see a lot of them on the road, I'm kind of curious as to how well they're doing.
