Same thing happened on my turbo RSX. I would say it's either a cable issue or if you are like me and missed a gear while speedshifting, you might have bent part of the cable, lol. But either way a cable shifter problem more than likely. Or possible a bushing popped out or something so you have no tension.

Open it up and check it out. Good luck.

I check it out under the console, and everything looked ok there. I'm fairly sure it's a cable or linkage problem. It's getting towed in an hour.
