I talked to a Arro Mitsu in Abilene, TX today and the salesman said Mitsu was giving dealers a discount for selling the EVOs (basically factory to dealer incentive). He said Mitsu was coming out with new numbers for April tomorrow and he'd call me back when he gets them. As it stands he was offering a GSR SSS for $31.2K plus rebates or 0%. I won;t buy it for that much, though. If this is true he was probably taking the f-d incentive off of msrp. In that case, I'd do mil/loyalty/ and f-d rebates (minus $2k), minus their holdback, and see where we get. I'll let you guys know what I hear tomorrow, unless someone else already has info on this. Also, a friend of a friend (I know, I'm trying to get the specifics of the deals) got GSR w/navi & SSS for $10K off msrp, making it $27K at this dealership. I'm skeptical, but my friend is reliable.

I will. Gillman called me on Saturday and was offering it to me for $1K under invoice plus military & owner loyalty rebates. Not good enough for me though.

So you're telling us you got an EVO MR for $10K under sticker, with the $2K rebate AND 0% financing? What dealer and do they have any more EVOs?

The dealership is Orr Mitsubishi but it was their dispaly model they've had it there for over a year now and it is their only model... luckily for you my wife blew a fuse and didn't want it. As far as the dealer, I was talking to them about getting a stock MR and they kept at me about this one but i wouldn't budge off it at 37.5...since i could get a stock MR from dallas for about 36k Not quite sure about the 0.0% and the $2k bundled together but that was what i asked for however i never hammered out the financial details because like i said the wife was not happy. Sigh

I know of two mitu dealers in my area that has a base MR for 32.5 (MSRP 38 plus) and there is another dealer with MR with Navi for 34.5 (MSRP 42 plus). There are deals out there.

I am still holding off hoping for better deals there are a ton of 08's available I have to assume Mitsu will have to offer a few more incentives in the upcoming months.
