Black is definitely sexy if you have the time, money & effort to maintain it.

My previous car was black too, and I loved how it looked. But I got my Evo in Graphite Gray because it's significantly darker than the silvers/ whites on the road and it looks clean in rain, dust, pollen and etc stuff that CA weather throws at it.

I'm right there with you guys, glad I'm not alone. My co-workers call it my "evo ****" obession. I'm always on EvoM and have my EvoM calendar hanging up at work. I go outside for 5 minute breaks and just stare at my car in the parking lot.

04 VIII. absolutely love the car. my gf is seriously jealous, lol. she catches me doin the "look back" every time we go somewhere and just laughs at me. its loud, noisy, rough and absolutely amazing.
there are days where i spend my entire lunch break just cruising the interstate. love the performance, the looks and everything about the car. well, maybe save for the average 20mpg, but id much rather take the lower mpg and better performance over the 30 mpg 08 GTS i traded on it.
reading this thread keeps reminding me of how much i love my car
